Size Exchange Policy

We offer a Size exchange policy only, no product/colour exchange, wherein if the item does not fit you right, you can raise a size exchange request. 


Exchange can be availed only ONCE per order. The parcel needs to be packed and kept in the original packaging, ready for pickup which can be arranged from our end. This will be done within 24-48 hours of receiving the product in order to maintain our hygiene policy.


The SHIPPING COST (return and forward shipping both) WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER ONLY.

Once we receive your parcel, it will undergo a quality check. All items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with the original tags and in original packaging.

If the item does not meet the above criteria, it will be refused for any kind of exchange and the same item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

In case of unavailability of same size in the same product, only a credit voucher can be issued to the customer for any future purchase within 4 months of issuing it. (From Simbaa Lifestyle or Skionn Apparels)

Free size items are not eligible for any kind of exchange or return.

In case the customer has received a damaged or defective piece, pictures or videos while unboxing the parcel need to be shared with our team. Once verified, a fresh piece of the same product will be delivered to the customer. 

NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
