- Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled/exchanged/returned.
- Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges based solely on color discrepancies. Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.
- In case of receiving a damaged/defective product, we would need a video evidence of the unboxing of the package along with highlighting the damage/defect. This has to be sent to our customer care email id within 24-48 hours of receiving the order, for it to be taken into consideration for return/exchange. Without video evidence or in case of delays in highlighting the issue, we will not be able to process a return/exchange for your order. The unboxing video should show the shipping label and complete package opening in one single continuous video.
- Products that are available at sale price and not eligible for return or exchange.
- If the order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the item or any other delays, we can cancel the order and issue a credit voucher.
- The credit voucher can be used for any future purchase within 6 months of issuance with Simbaa Lifestyle.
- Any order cancellations can be done only if the order is delayed past the delivery time and on cancellation only a credit voucher will be issued to the customer.
