Shipping Policy

• Ready to dispatch items will ship within 3-7 working days. After dispatch delivery can take up to 4-8 working days depending upon the location. (Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
• Pre-order items dispatch within 18-25 working days.
• Shipping details are provided in the cart section before proceeding to checkout.
• Tracking details will be sent directly on email once your package is dispatched from our end.
• In case your parcel is returned due to us due to an error in the information entered by the customer (wrong mobile number, wrong address/pincode), the customer shall have to bear the return charges of the package along with the new reshipping charges. If customer does not want us to re send the package, a refund will be given after deducting the total shipping amount charged to us by the courier company.
• In case a parcel gets damaged during the shipping, we shall refund back only the shipping amount to you. *Only if the item is damaged so severely that it cannot be used at all, we can process a voucher of your order amount to you for your future purchase with us.
• Items are subjected to change from Ready to Dispatch category to Pre order category depending upon the availability of sizes and colors.
• No returns/cancellations/refunds will be allowed in any of the orders placed.
• If a pre-order item gets delayed, the customer can opt for below extended solutions-
  1. The existing orders can be easily replaced with any items from our Ready to dispatch category for faster delivery. Any difference in the order amount will be issued via credit voucher only.
  OR

           2. The customer can opt for a credit voucher for future purchases within 3 months of issuance with Simbaa Lifestyle or Skionn Apparels.
